It's so weird to not study....and a love letter

HELLO.

After working so hard to study and prepare for the AP exams, I feel, like, not normal. I feel lighter, though, which is nice because I had heavy boots from studying so much. It just isn't very pleasant to study. I don't know what to do with my life now!!!

I like it.

Before we had the APs I wrote a list of things that I wanted to do after we were done. It includes sleeping, catching up on my YouTube subscriptions from the last 2 months (which I've been doing all afternoon) and making a graduation present for my sister. I've only caught up on YouTube.
Shows how good I am at prioritizing.

I don't know how to write words.

So I just did some research about what to write about. [I'm really drawing a blank, OK?]
One of the suggestions was to a write a love letter to your favorite person/people and I thought that would be relevant seeing as we just celebrated (without the celebration part) our second anniversary.

Dear Six (Five, I guess (since I'm not writing to myself (although I do love myself))) Little Curly Fries,
Your eyes are more beautiful than the stars     I love your smile    You smell really nice   I like your boots
I like you guys a lot.
I guess that's called love.
I love you guys a lot.
I love having 5 best friends to share a blog with and I love always knowing who I can hang out with and I love knowing who I can bother and I love having 5 girls I can talk to all the time.
I love that we don't fight (much) and that if we do fight it lasts minutes at most.
You make me smile a lot.
I love having a name for my group of friends and that we have a group on Facebook.
I love that even though we are all totally different we all share similar interests.
I love how we can characterize each other in less than five words or a million if we felt like it.
I love cats. oops
I love how we can tease each other like sisters and still laugh about it together.
You are all really nice.
I love all the memories we have together.
I love that we are still gonna have a lot more memories.
I just love everything about all of you.

In conclusion, I love you more than a million kitties all curled up on my bed.
I love you all a lot.

And that was my really bad love letter.

The End.

Loooooooooooove, Momo

Ummm...HELLO!

Today was possibly the bestest day of school of the year. Our wind ensemble played today at two of the five elementary schools in our town. It was SO fun!
One of the elementary schools was the one House and I (and xiy and Lynda but they weren't there) attended. It was possibly the cutest thing ever.
Not only did we get to see our old teachers and school (WHICH SHRUNK SIGNIFICANTLY) but the kids were so. cute.
They got super into the music what with their dancing and clapping and singing and cheering.
Our band instructor would introduce different instruments and the kids were all so amazed. They would scream, "IT'S SO BIG/LITTLE/SHINY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Also, before we played, we got to hang out with some first graders.
When we walked in, they started, like, jumping up and down and one was like, "they're so pretty!" and another was like, "THEY'RE SO BIG" and another was like, "I'm nervous!!!"
Gosh. It just makes me wish we could have stayed that age forever. It was just so perfect and lovely and awesome.

sigh

I want to go cry in a corner about how old we are.
Bye!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOMMY!!!

Today was my mommy's birthday. So...HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MY DEAREST MOMMY!

*cough* so...yeah.

The weather's getting cold, eh? I'm going to have to use blankets soon.

Oh, and, uh, I've put in a thingy (HTML code) where the blog automatically plays music when you go to the page...so, if you don't like it, just scroll down, and there is a pause button on the left. Just click it. The song is "Gotta Get Back to Hogwarts" by Starkid for those of you people who don't know. Catchy song. Uhm, just a little note: THE SONG USES EXPLETIVES (like, in the middle). VIEWER LISTENER DISCRETION IS ADVISED.

Uhm...so...our APUSH essay results came (at least, Virgil, xiy, and mine)...and...I really don't like mine. I hate it, in fact. But that's all I'm going to say on that topic, because it irritates me to think about it.

So the theme (are we still doing that?) is sort of like, writings from our young days? Eh, here's my story, lovingly penned in purple gel pen--my 'lucky pen', in my diary. I'll just type it up for y'all, eh? It's copied word for word, without any additional editing. So...xiy, beware, there's like, a ton of comma things that you'll cringe at (more so than my current comma problem :)).

Ellian Genine
Once upon a time there was a princess who loved a prince but her father would not allow it.
"BUT FATHER I love him!"
"NO!" Knock Knock
"Your Magesty . You have a message from King Hall and Queen Senia."
"You are invited to dinner." So when King Genine (her father) left she sneaked off with her beloved and got married. King Genine was actually quite happy!
"I love you" was what Ellian told Mike her husband.

THE END

lol. I have no idea what the point of the story was. I don't understand why King Genine is suddenly okay with the whole thing. I also don't like the name "Mike" much. That's funny that I used it, because (can you tell?) I tend to come up with unique and bizarre and exotic-ish names for my characters. Eh. I definitely wasn't a good writer in 2005. Yes, I know the exact date, it's part of a diary entry. Shall I write the rest of the entry? It's rather rude. I feel like I should have a talk with my younger self about manners...but then, it is a diary (which I actually update, occasionally--though for a while, I had a text file for my diary. I password locked it, and then typed diary entries. I believe Momo tried to hack it at one point...didn't work though).

CONTINUATION OF LYNDA'S DIARY ENTRY on MARCH 9th, 2005:
Well I should tell you: Mrs. M (abbreviation of her name) is our (one of) lunch ade, she is fat and mean she won't even let us play with dirt! I hate her! Any way tomorrow is a test so, bye!
Love, Me
Oh...I had such a lovely little heart, so filled with childish anger and hatred of people who didn't let me do what I wanted. I think that lunch aide didn't want us (Momo, xiy, and me (and...House? I don't remember...) to play in the bushes, and we wanted to make little elf forts. Those were the days...we had recess back then...*sigh*

Well, g'night. Tomorrow is Greek >.< I get to review about more stuff I don't remember in the slightest. *half-hearted cheer* yay!

Luv, Lynda

Tuesday, May 10, 2011

This is actually my very first Tuesday post, because last week's was a fail.

Right now I'm looking out the window next to my computer, and it's one of those times when there's a cloud like half-blocking the sun so the sunlight looks all streaky across the sky and it's just so darn poetic that it makes me start to think in John Green's voice.
*blissful sigh*
This post may or may not turn out well. Let's see. Cue the theme music:
La la la la, la la la la, Virgil's world! La la la la, la la la la, Virgil's world! Virgil loves the summer, and sunshine too! That's Virgil's wooorrrrlldddd!!!!!

So yeah, it's starting to become summer here in Curly-Fry-Land. Today I got home from school and changed into shorts, so that's a pretty definitive sign that summer vacation must be nearly upon us.
...wait?! What's that you say?? We still have three more weeks of school? Dangit >.<

Today in science class I was calculating the molar mass of silver oxide or something, and it suddenly occurred to me that the radio station 107.9 is the same number as the molar mass (& average atomic mass) of silver (Ag). Isn't that interesting? The person who picked that number was probably a chemistry geek. Either that, or it's just a coincidence.

Argh now the cloud moved and the sun is all "VIRGIL, IMMA BLIND YOU!!" I shall put the shade down.

Do you guys want to see some of the covers I made on Picnik for my current writing project?
Of course you do!

These are just the ones that I thought were presentable. There are at least four more that I made that were so atrocious that I didn't want to show them to you. I'm pretty sure these are in order of when I made them.

(from left)
1. This one uses the first title that I had in mind, and it features a girl flying over water. Hooray.
2. Note the " 'til" rather than "till." This debate has caused me countless sleepless nights.
3. Then I decided to use "till."
4. This one looks a bit creepy. She looks kind of dead. (lol spoilers)
5. This one might be my favorite so far. What do you think?

Well, all of the covers that I made are terrible in comparison to the one that xiy made:

skillz
It's so awesome ahhh yayy!!!
It doesn't really work as well in inkpop-sized 80 x 120 pixels, but it's definitely the best. ^_^

"Am I flying or falling?"
That's the first sentence of the book. I swear it gets better. D:

Today I finally saw House and xiy's 9HD project in all of its blood-splattered glory, and I must say, it was very... interesting. Haha. Well, you can tell that they had fun making it :)

That's everything I have to say today.

"Okay, idiotas. Say something nice. Or I will kill you."
<3

Best wishes!
Virgil

Today Is Sunday But We're Going to Pretend That It's Saturday

Hey, ya'll

I didn't post yesterday because I was with my family and it was Saturday and they don't do things on Saturdays and that would have been disrespectful.

I had a nice Thanksgiving :) there was a lot of food. We did this jigsaw puzzle all in one night:

Needless to say, it was pretty intense. There were a lot of yellow and white pieces.

To make up for the fact that I forgot to tell you that I wouldn't be able to post on Saturday (note that I didn't forget to post; I merely forgot to tell ya'll that I would not be able to) I'll copy and paste a wee bit of my NaNoWriMo novel. It's at about 35k right now, and yes, today is November 28th. I'm in trouble.

(This isn't the last bit that I wrote... the last bit that I wrote was some romantic word fluff. I'll spare you.)

“Can you hear it, too?” Gibraltar asked over the roaring wind.
“Yes!” Ajax listened. He looked to the sky, and he saw a pair of eyes staring back at him. Then the words, “pair of eyes staring back at him appeared in the clouds” appeared in the clouds. Before long, the words faded away and were replaced by, “Before long, the words faded away and were replaced by another sentence,” –another sentence.
Everything that happened was recorded in the sky: “Everything that happened was recorded in the sky.” It even knew about Ajax’s heart beating faster and faster, and the eyes which were blinking curiously beyond the words. “It even knew about Ajax’s heart beating faster and faster, and the eyes with were blinking curiously beyond the words.” He looked up at the words, “He looked up at the words,” and studied the pair of eyes carefully. They were not the color of the ocean, like Estra’s angelic eyes – but they were chocolate brown, the color of the mud no which he stood. All of this, “…and studied the pair of eyes carefully. They were not the color of the ocean, like Estra’s angelic eyes – but they were chocolate brown, the color of the mud no which he stood. All of this was recorded in the Times New Roman words up in the sky,” was recorded in the Times New Roman words up in the sky. Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s words repeated thus: “Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s words repeated thus: Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s worlds repeated thus: Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s words repeated thus: Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s worlds repeated thus: Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s words repeated thus: Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s worlds repeated thus: Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s words repeated thus: Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s words repeated thus:  Ajax closed his eyes, and the sky’s words repeated thus:  …. Ad infinitum, until it covered in whole entire sky.” ….Ad infinitum, until it covered the whole entire sky.

Ta-da!!! ^_^

kbye.
