a quick post before I go to bed

Hey hey, readers and purveyors of this lovely blog! How is your third Friday of this month going? It's lateish now and I want to catch up on sleep (lovely lovely post-AP sleep), so this is going to be short. Basically I'm just glad the bulk of studytimez is over; there's only really math to worry about now, which is awesome.

We have to take a personal finance class now that there is no American history to overfill our brains with (I returned my books yesterday, and it was actually kind of sad ;A;), and the enormity of adult life is really quite a scary thing. We should just be children forever.

Anyway. It's eleven o'clock right now. I don't have any good books to read, which is disappointing. Well, that's not quite true; I'm reading This Side of Paradise, but Fitzgerald is only good in small doses in the right frame of mind, and I'm too sleepy to concentrate on the beauteous writing. I wish I could write half as well.

Goodnight.

It's so weird to not study....and a love letter

HELLO.

After working so hard to study and prepare for the AP exams, I feel, like, not normal. I feel lighter, though, which is nice because I had heavy boots from studying so much. It just isn't very pleasant to study. I don't know what to do with my life now!!!

I like it.

Before we had the APs I wrote a list of things that I wanted to do after we were done. It includes sleeping, catching up on my YouTube subscriptions from the last 2 months (which I've been doing all afternoon) and making a graduation present for my sister. I've only caught up on YouTube.
Shows how good I am at prioritizing.

I don't know how to write words.

So I just did some research about what to write about. [I'm really drawing a blank, OK?]
One of the suggestions was to a write a love letter to your favorite person/people and I thought that would be relevant seeing as we just celebrated (without the celebration part) our second anniversary.

Dear Six (Five, I guess (since I'm not writing to myself (although I do love myself))) Little Curly Fries,
Your eyes are more beautiful than the stars     I love your smile    You smell really nice   I like your boots
I like you guys a lot.
I guess that's called love.
I love you guys a lot.
I love having 5 best friends to share a blog with and I love always knowing who I can hang out with and I love knowing who I can bother and I love having 5 girls I can talk to all the time.
I love that we don't fight (much) and that if we do fight it lasts minutes at most.
You make me smile a lot.
I love having a name for my group of friends and that we have a group on Facebook.
I love that even though we are all totally different we all share similar interests.
I love how we can characterize each other in less than five words or a million if we felt like it.
I love cats. oops
I love how we can tease each other like sisters and still laugh about it together.
You are all really nice.
I love all the memories we have together.
I love that we are still gonna have a lot more memories.
I just love everything about all of you.

In conclusion, I love you more than a million kitties all curled up on my bed.
I love you all a lot.

And that was my really bad love letter.

The End.

Loooooooooooove, Momo

Days don't really count anymore... right?

Anyway, hi. This is Virgil.

Um. I had an idea a second ago. I swear I did.

...oh well. Anyway.

Here's a poem:

Moon Rock

What do you wish for, oh daughter, sweet love?

said he to the girl dressed in pink.
I wish for the shine of the moon on my skin,
said she who each night dreamed in ink.
He flew to the moon and picked up a piece,
brought it home in a white rocketship;
The rock did not shine, for there was no sun,
And the girl dressed in pink gave this tip:
Father, my father, I know you mean well,
What I meant was it’s time to let go.
Under this roof I am shielded from harm,
Yet ne’er have I felt the moon’s glow.
I know that the sun’s rays are harmful,
and they lead to skin cancer and burns;
But without those rays the moon would be dark,
As ev’ry good third grader learns.
The girl dressed in pink at last stepped outside,
And her dreams were at once filled with gold,
She who had once only known black and white -
It was finally time to grow old.

Yeah. okay.
peace.

AP AP AP AP AP APPPPPPPPPPP—

asdlkjsdkhd so it wasn't as bad as I'd feared, but wow this morning was pretty stressful. I'm not sure my hand's fully recovered yet, though when I did do all my other annoying, writing-filled homework after coming home and so it's not like it had much chance. Must spend this weekend studying for bio, argh.

Anyway. Moving on.

Well, I'm watching Hulu and there was this dumb Intel (oh haha irony) commercial. I almost prefer the ones about alcohol. At least they have relatively tasteful music.

Today is Friday. Today was boring.

idk what else.

Dissolved Oxygen and Aquatic Primary Productivity

Yeah, so I have no idea what the title really means...

We're in AP Bio right now, and we're not doing anything at the moment 'cause we're in the computer lab waiting for instructions to do a lab.

(We, being House and me)

Damn, I haven't posted in ages.

Um, so, our huge APUSH exam is coming up this Friday ;A; and AP Biology exam is next Tuesday X_x

And um, yeah. So we have to do the lab now, bye.

Luv,
Lynda

P.S. HOLY FUCK I AM PANICKING ABOUT MY BIO GRADE HOLY FUCK IT IS NOT GOOD RIGHT NOW.
