Ahh, hello.
(I don't got none much to say today, so this'll be a fairly short post....)
Today, I won a Latin dictionary from a raffle we had in our Latin class. As I walked down the street towards my house, I fantasised. In my fantasy, I swagga'd down the sidewalk, my Latin dictionary swinging as it hung from my neck on a nice, heavy gold chain. All the people that walked by thought, "Dangggg, I'm totally jealous of her and her dictionary." And then one of our Latin teachers (let's call her Mrs. O'Hart) flew in the magical way that she does and started rapping about carriages stuck in ditches and how to get them out ("Raeda in Fossā Haerēbat, Stulte" by Magistra O'Hart). And it was amazing. You should have been there, defo.
Anyway, onto things not concerning Latin [tear, tear]: at lunch today, I taught Virgil what an interrobang(/interabang/quesclamation mark) is. It's when just a question mark or just an exclamation point just isn't enough, so you gotta have both. (Exempli gratia [<- Latin, teehee], DUDE, WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT THAT?!) Tonight, Carrie and I will be attending our last school dance of the year... it promises to be hot, sweaty, and maybe even a little bit interesting.
Today, I learned how to spell "fuchsia." (Okay, okay, xiy. Maybe I didn't learn that today. But I learned it fairly recently, and I can't think of much else. And it's really difficult to spell "fuchsia." Legittt.)
Questions:
1) What is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything?
2) How totally wicked is Neville on a scale from 1–50?
3) What eye colour is your favourite?
4) Do you have our school system's fight song memorised? (If the answer is "No," then why not?!)
5) How many fingers am I holding up?
6) Are you Asian?
7) AHHHHH, SCHOOL'S ALMOST OVER... AHHHHH
With all due respect,
House
