Feelings. (pt. 1)

I'm apologizing in advance, but Carrie needs a small rant post about lively things that have been bothering her. 

For instance, inconsideration.

For some reason this has been popping up in my everyday life. Which shouldn't be happening. It happens with me (yes, I too am inconsiderate sometimes, I'm sorry if you've ever been a victim of that), it happens to me, and it happens to people I know. 

I don't quite understand why and how people can be so inconsiderate, it even shocks me when I am. And it's even funnier because usually it's to the people you supposedly care most about. Even if the reason is you're just "having a bad day", why does that person deserve those harsh words? They don't. Find other ways to vent your frustration or whatever. For example, use it in marching band when you're telling one of the freshmen to pick up their feet... however, do it in a creative criticism kind of way. I just feel like a lot of people are inconsiderate in one way or another nowadays, whether it be intentional or not. I think where the real practice lies is recognizing when you are and fixing it as best you can. 

And I don't feel like writing the rest of this post. Maybe I will next week. Sorry, lovelies, but I cannot think anymore.

Highschool is just kind of... well, crazy. and busy. 

but mostly busy. 

bleh. I'm tired. and I have homework that I just don't want to do. Ever. 
but I have to. Eventually. Maybe tomorrow... or some weird obscure hour tonight.

Oh, and my birthdays in less than 21 days. :D

Puppies and Unicorns and Rainbows

Hey there, 6LCF. It's been a while. I'm kind of freaked out about the fact that high school is halfway over. Part of me is freaked out by the fact that two years could pass by so quickly, and part of me is freaked out by the fact that we sing have to endure two years more. Anyway, I know we're all taking different classes this year and such, but I really hope we'll still hang out and be awesome together. <3 Virgil

Hi. (I hope you're well.)

I can't remember the last time I posted, which is probably a really not-good thing. It's funny, that, because for a long time I was the only one who hadn't missed a day. Life sort of happened, I guess, and I keep forgetting. I've been kind of a fail at a lot of things lately; summer is not doing much in the motivational department. 

I went to China for a month, from the 27th of June to the 24th of July, which somewhat accounts for but doesn't excuse my long period of not-posting. It was really great; I got to meet the relatives I haven't seen for seen years, some of them even longer than that. It was fun playing tourist, and yeah. Fun times. 

Apart from that, though, life hasn't been particularly interesting. I looked after small children at a science summer camp last week and I'm going to be babysitting my sister starting Monday, again for a week. I kind of wish I had a paying job. It's pretty thankless work, shepherding around kids for nothing more than a 10% discount at the science center store, but that's volunteering, sigh. At least the people there are pretty nice, adults and camp volunteers alike. 

 I dunno, really. My birthday's coming up, but it's also right in the middle of the week of babysitting, which kind of ruins it. My family's going to do celebratory stuff this weekend, though, so it's alright.

Don't waste your time reading this

Today was my last day of work. I had a pretty decent time--the people are really nice but I had to do paperwork (ew). But I made money. And moneys are good things.

It is also the second day of August. omgwhat

Tomorrow I am going on a college visit with some friends (party!!!) and um...yeah.

It probably would've been better if I just hadn't posted today. There is virtually nothing for me to write about. Soorrryyy.

Everything since...June

Hi!!! I finally remembered/was able to post this week!

This summer has been fun but as a whole, pretty uneventful. My family and I went to Rome for a bit over a week and stopped in Germany for 2 quick days to see family and then came home. I had a ton of fun despite its shortness. We found out that 2 more of my cousins are getting married--one didn't invite anyone to the wedding but our grandma (da hell?!) and the other one knocked up his girlfriend and everyone's invited in October. It's like I have two different families.

Now I'm working at the hospital where my dad works. I'm being a research assistant which is super boring and doesn't even involve my doing that much except for sitting at a computer all day looking for things wrong with people. 

But yeah.

Summer is half way over DDDD: which is stupid.

House and I have been doing Community Band annnnnddd....omg I just watched the latest episode of the Glee Project [*spoiler alert*] WHAT THE HELL, RYAN MURPHY? B*TCH CUT THE ONLY GIRL I LIKED.
