Lofty Mountains and Flowing Waters

Um... I don't really have a plan for today's post. I'll draw you a picture.

I saw Les Mis yesterday. It was truly amazing. I can't even describe the feeling.

It gave me chills. The entire cast just sang SO AMAZINGLY. LIKE WHOA. 
It occurred to me while watching that Jean Valjean is a lot like Sirius Black. I think I'll write a musical parody and call it Les Wiz. Har har har.Geddit?

My current song-obsession (besides Les Mis and "Lofty Mountains and Flowing Waters") is an Enter the Haggis song called "One Last Drink." It's morbid and happy at the same time.

This is the chorus:

It's about a old guy on his deathbed who decides to go out to a pub so he can drink and have a good time.The first verse starts with "Old John on his deathbed cried, 'I think I will wait 'til tomorrow to die...'"

The Red Sox beat the Yankees on Opening Day at Fenway, which is very exciting because they lost their first six away games, and we were starting to get worried. It's okay, though. They're just starting to gain momentum, that's all.
