Last Monday of School!!!

HUZZAH!!!! Today is the very, very, very, very last Monday before summer vacation! Do you know how exciting that is? Do you? Do you? The last week of school is a joke. We watch movies, [actually we take a final (but that is a joke too)] do cross word puzzles, sign billions of year books, play more Kemp's (<--sp?) than normal...and of course, go to the esteemed School Dance (yes, it must be capitalized...okay?). I personally do not participate in such childish things as school socials and dances. They are dumb. I went to one...and I wanted to cut myself (not really). People get so excited; they all do their hair, buy expensive dresses, and arrive in limos. And we're only talking Junior prom. *scoffs* Kids these days. Another tradition with our school is Whirly Ball* and Laser Tag day. Today, xiy, House, and I all went to play these games...It was a'ight. Laser tag is really fun and my shorts were glowing in the cool black lights**.  Then we returned to school and watched more movies.

I cannot wait for summer!! Aayaaauaaiaaeaaaoaah!

Also, today we had a super Science Olympiad partay at Virgil's house (ahaha, Virgil's House...get it?). Science Olympiad is the nerdiest sport ever. We compete in science events...and normally win. However, our state has, like, the three best teams in the country, which makes winning a tad bit harder. The party was fun though; we went swimming, (not in the moonlight) and ate "nomz", and jumped on the trampoline, and played capture the flag. That went swimmingly (punny) all in all.

Latin picnic tomorrow! It will be fun. Pique nique!

Dude!!!! I am going to camp in exactly 2 weeks (WHAT? I'm leaving on a Monday...crap). I'll be gone for a month with no internet access except for 20 minutes at the half way point...or at least I think. Maybe I 'll be able to do a quick post then. Someone may fill in for me, and I may hand write posts and send them to someone to type, but that would require effort. I don't know what to do!!!! And Virgil's birthday is right after I leave and I'll have to miss it! :( *sigh*. I don't really have anything else to yammer about, so on to the questions.

1. Dormivistisne?
2. When was the last time you lost the game?
3. Oh, I'm sorry, did you not want to lose the game?
4. What is the game? (please explain this to our readers who do not know of it, I obviously know how to play it)
5. What is the color of your aura?
6. Are you my mother?
7. What are you doing this summer?

From your dearest Momo

* Whirly ball is a game in which 10 people (five people on each team) get in bumper cars and go "zoom, zoom". Each player is equipped with a mini lacrosse-stick-like object. A wiffle ball is used as the ball. One must chuck said ball at the board thing. Hitting the back board is two points, hitting the center is four. That's all.
**Why are black lights called black lights it they're purple? <--You are permitted to answer that if you so choose.

  1. Argh it's not Junior Prom! Junior Prom is a dance that many high schools (not ours - the excuse is that we have too many people, but we all know that they're just cheap) throw for their 11th graders. This was simply the "end of the year dance" <-- lowercase.

    1. Minime.
    2. Eh. A few days ago.
    3. I love losing the game.
    4. NOO! PRESERVE OUR READERS' INNOCENCE!
    5. Deep ocean blue, and the scent is black tea.
    6. Yes.
    7. A lot... I'm going to be really busy. Eh - it'll keep me off the streets. (Yeah, like there's any likelihood of me joining a gang in our lovely little middle-class suburb.)

  2. Heehee. I liked your "Aayaaauaaiaaeaaaoaah."
    1) Er...?
    2) Haha. I choose not to play. I'm special, see. I know about it but I don't play it. So I don't win or lose. It's fun being neutral.
    3) Yeah. I agree with Virgil. Preserve the shreds of innocence they have left to them (it'll go away very quickly without our help, anyway).
    4) Bright (but not neon) green, and the scent is pine resin.
    5) We could do a DNA test and check.
    6) Dunno. My mom wants me to volunteer someplace; I want to get started on NaNoWriMo '10 (like, I want to outline the plot and such, maybe write some tiny, tiny snippets--I've got this cool idea and I don't want to forget it).

  4. Woah...Lynda...the first question was asking "Will y'all sleep?". Your answer was "many", which would be incorrect.
