No, I do not like school for the following reasons:
Let us begin with NHD, shall we? For those who may not know, NHD is National History Day. Except it's not just a day-- it's about 5 months of your life dedicated to one day. And apparently it sucks. A lot. This is my first year and I decided to take on an individual project. This could either end very badly or very well. (I'm hoping for the latter.) I think the scariest part for me right now is just the initiative. (I.e., precis, choosing official topic, etc.) There is a chance that I will have to re-choose my topic. Which is probably going to suck even more. And I really don't want to because I personally loved my first topic. But I suppose what has to be done has to be done, whether I like it or not. And who knows, maybe I'll find an even better topic? :3 But yeah, not looking forward to NHD.
Homework. I just have one thing to say: kjlfnajbgtlarbijlgbjafkl *head explodes*. Reason: (see next paragraph). There's just so much! I don't understand. Like, actually, what is this? Maybe it's just me, but there's so much work with everything! I blame IB.
Ah yes, IB. Just one big hunk of ugh. I like my classes, and I'm glad I'm taking the Medallion program. It's just everything is so.. different. Maybe it's still because it's the beginning of the year, but yeah. ugghhh....
I just can't even anymore. That was my incomplete rant.
Yeah.
DFTBA! ♥
Smiles, hugs, and lots of love,
Carrie
